On October 7, 2022, the Mahindra XUV300 received a special edition, the Turbo Sportz. It is a sportier iteration of the subcompact SUV. It gets an exclusive engine and several cosmetic changes that set it apart from the standard version. Otherwise, this entry-level model in the XUV range is among the bestselling Mahindra cars in the country.
Moreover, this sports edition of the Mahindra XUV300 was at the
2020 Auto Expo. The carmaker marketed the subcompact SUV as the Mahindra XUV300
Sportz at the event.
So, if you are inclined towards this vehicle, below are some
facts you should know. Let's begin, then!
Exterior
As mentioned earlier, the Mahindra XUV300 Turbo Sportz has
several cosmetic changes. Those include red horizontal slats on the lower
section of the front bumper, red inserts on the mesh grille, and the new
Mahindra logo. And as for the rear fascia, it's the same as the standard
version. However, the only way to identify the Turbo Sportz edition is to look
for the trim badge in red colour. Another perceptible change is the new 16-inch
alloy wheels. And the rest are the same as in the standard version. For
reference, the Mahindra XUV300's price is lower than that of
its direct rival, the Hyundai Venue N-Line.
Furthermore, this subcompact SUV also has LED DRLs with
projector headlights, fog lights, and T-GDi badges across the car.
All-Black
Upholstery with Loads of Features
To give a sporty appeal to the driver, the sports iteration of
the Mahindra XUV300 gets an all-black interior. Moreover, the seats, gear knob,
and steering wheel are all leatherette. To match the Sportz trim, it also gets
chrome-finished pedals. However, as for the features, they are the same. It
gets a seven-inch touchscreen infotainment unit with Apple CarPlay and Android
Auto. It also supports the BlueSense connected car offering.
Then there is a sunroof, an auto-dimming IRVM, a reverse parking
camera with sensors, etc. It is also worth noting that these features belong to
the top-of-the-line variant. You can check out the Mahindra XUV300's
